I had many recommendations of friends and acquaintances to go to Rony Frankel for hair and makeup. I was definitely not disappointed! I went for the trial and they really took the...ir time helping me decide which hairstyle would suit me best. The make up with Keren Frankel was more rushed. I do not feel like she took her time with me but rather rushed through it. For that kind of price - she should have been a bit ore patientRony was very sweet and didn't let me leave until I was satisfied.

On the day of the wedding - we had great treatment. They were very warm and made it a great and fun time.
אהבתי: After I took pictures outside my hair got all messed up and they were willing to fix it again until I was comfortable with it. They really provided great service - Rony and Karen are talented - and their staff is especially friendly and nice.
לא אהבתי: I did not think that Karen was friendly or very pleasant. Although she did a great job with the makeup - she did not make it fun and even had a bit of an attitude. When a friend commented on the makeup before it was done she recommended that the coloring might be off, karen said - I do not like it when people touch my work - excuse me - but this is my wedding day. Her attitude doesn't fit in with the rest of the staff!

We used Shiri's services through Beit Halordim's recommendation. At first she was pleasant , patient and really took her time with us. She listened to our ideas and made some sug...gestions - however she was not as creative as I had hoped. Although we had ideas - I wanted something a little out of the box - which she could not really recommend. Furthermore, she mixed up the centerpieces. It wasnt a big deal - but it was not what we decided on. Also, she didn't even come up to us on the day of the wedding .

I went to Galia as she was a recommendation from a friend. I saw a few dresses that didn't look special - then she brought me a dress that I would never try on my own. I loved th...e dress - it fit perfectly - the style and fit. Galia was very pleasant in the beginning. She gave me her honest opinion and she had very good taste. After a few fittings I arrived with some friends who suggested that it might be a good idea to get it dry cleaned again. After mentioning it to Galia she was very against it and said - that is why you don't bring friends with you. Although I respected her opinion - this was to be the dress for my wedding and I did not appreciate her inflexibility or attitude.

The dress was perfect in the end and Galia was very pleasant. Until something needs to be changed - she is easy to work with.
