Worst customer support ever. After 2 years we still don't have our wedding video, our 3 albums and no canvas. Lots of fighting and time passing by,we went last week to Ashdod to finish the material and clear the situation, but they were not willing to work with us and just tried to make fools of us! We paid most of the money up front and a remaining sum of 3800 shekel is left to pay once we receive the material, which will never happen as it looks like. such a sad experience for your most beautiful day... ...
