Absolutely awful experience from the moment I got in. I decided to go here spontaneously as I saw lots of followers on Instagram. Erez service was bad from the beginning... very arrogant and didn’t lay a finger on my hair until I asked him to change it for the second time. I showed him a picture of brown hair with some delicate blond highlights. He proceeded to highlight most of my hair blonde. It looked absolutely awful.
I had tears in my eyes and instead of apologise he just became aggressive and arrogant. I ended up paying 1200 shekels for a terrible job. Do not believe the Instagram photos ! The service is crap...
