אחרי שסגרנו אולם, דיג'יי וצלם, הבנו שאנחנו צריכים מישהי שתעזור לנו לחבר את כל החלקים יחד – מישהי שתלווה אותנו מול הספקים, תנהל את כל הפרטים הקטנים, ותוריד מאית...נו את הלחץ. את חופית הכרנו דרך הדיג'יי שלנו, טל מור, שהמליץ עליה בחום – וכבר מהשיחה הראשונה היה ברור שמצאנו אשת מקצוע נדירה.
בפגישת ההיכרות סיפרנו לה עלינו, על החלומות שלנו, ועל כל מה שצפוי באירוע – חתונה בינלאומית עם אורחים מישראל, אירופה וארה"ב, לוחות זמנים מורכבים, עשרות ספקים, במות, מתנות, עוגות – והרשימה עוד ארוכה. חופית לא נבהלה לרגע. להפך – היא התרגשה מהאתגר, נרתמה מיד והקרינה ביטחון וניסיון בכל שלב.
לאורך כל הדרך, חופית הייתה שם בשבילנו – זמינה, סבלנית, אחראית ורגישה. היא השיגה לנו הצעות מחיר מעולות, ניהלה את הספקים במקצועיות וייצגה אותנו נאמנה – במיוחד בפגישות קריטיות כמו הטעימות באולם. היא מכירה את כל השחקנים בשוק, וכולם עובדים מולה עם כבוד ורצון אמיתי לעזור – וזה מורגש.
ביום החתונה עצמו, חופית התגלתה ככוח על. רגע לפני החופה, כשהחתן הרגיש לא טוב, היא הייתה שם – רגישה, מרגיעה, ונחושה. היא ניהלה את האירוע ביד רמה, טיפלה בכל בלת"ם בלי שנרגיש בכלל, ודאגה שאנחנו נוכל פשוט... להתחתן וליהנות.

After we had booked our venue, DJ, and photographer, we realized we needed someone to help bring all the pieces together – someone to guide us through dealing with all the vendors, managing the timeline, and relieving the stress. We were introduced to Hofit by our DJ, Tal Mor, who highly recommended her – and from the very first call, we knew we had found a rare professional.
At our initial meeting, we shared our story, our vision for the wedding, and all the challenges ahead – an international event with guests from Israel, Europe, and the US, complex timelines, multiple vendors, stages, gifts, cakes – and much more.
